Each layer gets the time it needs to cure before the next one goes on. Day 1 is grinding, repairs, primer and vapour barrier, which cures at least 6 hours. Day 2 is the basecoat and full flake broadcast, which dries 24 hours. Day 3 is the clear topcoat. You can walk on it 24 hours after the topcoat and drive on it after 48 hours.
